We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Business Development to strengthen Gentian’s market position and lead all processes and operations within Business Development. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive partnerships with global IVD companies, oversee third-party supply and distribution agreements, and support strategic initiatives such as M&A. As a key member of the management team, you will shape and execute strategies that drive growth and innovation.
Who Are You?
We are looking for a clear, structured, and commercially driven leader with:
International experience in clinical diagnostics, particularly in in vitro diagnostics (IVD).
A proven track record in building partnerships with global distributors and third-party suppliers.
Excellent strategic execution skills and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Exceptional networking capabilities and strong communication skills.
