Roche Diagnostics søker Applications Specialist (Bioingeniør eller tilsvarende) til sitt internasjonale supportsenter i Burgess Hill i England

For å ivareta sine kunder i Norge søker Roche Diagnostics nå etter applikasjonsspesialister til sitt regionale supportsenter i England.
Det regionale supportsenteret holder til i fantastiske omgivelser i Burgess Hill som ligger mellom London og Brighton.

Du vil være en del av det norske supportteamet og en del av et internasjonalt team som supporterer UK, Norge, Sverige, Danmark, Finland og Sør-Afrika.

Hvem er du?

Vi søker deg som er Bioingeniør eller tilsvarende med kompetanse innen medisinsk biokjemi, molekylær diagnostikk og vevsdiagnostikk.
Du må ha erfaring fra laboratoriearbeid i biokjemisk avdeling og inneha gode gode IT-ferdigheter

Videre har du gode ferdigheter i norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig og det er ønskelig med erfaring og/eller interesse for kundeorientert arbeid

Application Specialist in the Customer Support Centre for Laboratory Diagnostics Norwegian Speaking

Our international customer support centre responsible for technical and applications customer service for our diagnostic systems is currently recruiting for an experienced Biomedical Scientist / Field Application / Product Specialist to join the world’s leading supplier in In-Vitro Diagnostics.

The scope of this role will be to provide application, technical and scientific telephone support to our Norwegian customer base, for the Centralised Solution and Point of Care portfolio of instruments and reagents. (eg cobas 8000 / cobas 6000, e411, pre and post analytics, cobas b221 blood gas systems, CoaguChek, Accu Chek Inform II, Accu Chek Performa, Urisys 1100, u411).

What you can expect

  • Support our national and international customers and field employees on the telephone in Norwegian and English
  • Handle customer enquiries from the acceptance of application product problems through to case resolution
  • Be the interface between customers, field force and global divisions, and deliver sustainable solutions for complex support cases. In this way, you ensure a results-oriented and first-class service for our customers
  • Continuously monitor the process and quality of our services and therefore deliver an important contribution to improving the service quality
  • Conduct customer and employee trainings in the customer support centre and in the customer laboratory
  • As a specialist, you support our field service representatives on site during complex situations
  • Support our sales organisations with instrument / system demonstrations

Who you are

  • You are fluent in Norwegian and speak very good English
  • You have successfully completed your studies e.g. as a BioMedical Scientist, or  biologist
  • You have gained several years of work experience as a laboratory scientist, technician, or medical technical assistant
  • You will live within commuting distance of Burgess Hill (UK) or be willing to relocate, and will enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
  • You have in-depth knowledge with regard to the systems and reagents used in laboratory medicine
  • You are fascinated by application problems and you always present good solutions quickly
  • You enjoy being a competent contact partner for customers and colleagues
  • You distinguish yourself with excellent communicative and analytical skills combined with high customer focus, team orientation and self-initiative
