NordicNeuroLab is a globally leading company with significant growth goals. Our new CEO will further develop NordicNeuroLab as a competitive international company. We are looking for a CEO to lead our highly skilled, talented and committed team in a global medical hardware and software company.
Your main task will be to lead and further develop the company with clear focus on sales and profitability, as well as to develop strategy and plans to strengthen the market position.
You have international experience in B2B, distribution and development of key markets, and have been involved in the journey of developing a domestic company for increased sales on the international market place.
We are searching for a clear, structured and commercial leader with great implementation capabilities as well as understanding and experience from organizational development and product development.
We are looking for a trustworthy, visionary and communicative leader with targeted networking capabilities. The position requires wisdom and ability to motivate, inspire and develop a skilled team of 50 competent employees. Furthermore, we are searching for a candidate with experience from creating «winning teams».
