Senior Clinical Supply Manager

As Clinical Supply Manager, you will play a key role in the end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, forecasting, ordering, and distributing patient doses for global clinical study programs. You will also be central in the set-up phase of CMOs across the development portfolio.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Supply Team to deliver on operational performance outcomes and project milestones.
Take accountability for successful supply and high service levels of clinical and commercial patient doses worldwide.
Establish and expand the supply chain for distribution of Targeted Actinium Conjugates (TACs) to fully support the clinical development strategy.
Ensure robust and efficient end-to-end supply of TAC compounds in clinical development, securing timely delivery to patients.
Coordinate and interact across comprehensive development programs in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Technology Development, and Quality Assurance.
Contribute to projects including sourcing, warehouse and distribution strategies, and supply chain improvements.
Oversee and collaborate on sourcing from third parties, including CDMOs, supply agreements, raw material supply, and contract negotiations.
Monitor and report KPIs and trends across the CDMO network for all radiopharmaceutical assets.
Build and expand trustful relationships with key stakeholders within the TAT platform.
Actively share knowledge and contribute in cross-functional teams.
Preferred background and qualifications
Strong leadership skills, both within teams and among peers.
Proven ability to lead local projects and activities, working independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
Initiative-driven with a problem-solving mindset, able to handle complex challenges across functions.
Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency and flexibility to deliver solutions on short notice. A high degree of availability is expected when supply issues arise.
Well-organized, committed, and able to work efficiently within defined timelines in both local and global teams.
Solid competence in supply agreements, supplier qualification, and the implementation and validation of supply-related systems and tools.
Broad knowledge of import and export requirements for radiopharmaceuticals.
Excellent project management skills.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Norwegian.
Highly skilled in coordination, results orientation, and working effectively under time pressure.
